Gentle exercise class designed for people over 50.  It involves all components of fitness in a designed, safe and effective exercise plan to suit your age. It includes mobility and flexibility with use of some equipment like exercise bands and hand weights.  Participants wear suitable shoes and loose comfortable clothing. Fridays 11.20-12.20
