We support local residents into training and work to promote their health, wellbeing and quality of life.  To this end we have developed social enterprises that create flexible paid work that particularly target those who experience barriers to the employment market.  We work in partnership with local agencies such as Victoria Bid, Job Centre Plus and Asian Women's Network to provide into work training and support to ensure that local people also benefit from local employment opportunities.
