Fitness for Women: Exercise class suitable for mixed abilities.

Healthy eating: Advice and healthy cooking classes from A Moveable Feast.

Easy Pace Fitness: Gentle exercise class designed for people over 50, including mobility and flexibility.

Tai Chi: Promotes physical and mental harmony and develops Chi, the body’s natural energy. 

Yoga: Using your body and your mind to feel more at peace. Suitable for all abilities.

Movement & Exercise: A gentle class suitable for those with back, knee, joint or mobility problems. 

Pilates-style class: Building a strong core, improving control and posture. Suitable for all abilities. 

Ballroom dancing: A gentle class led by choreographer Anessa Duncan. Beginners welcome.

Latin/Salsa Dance: Latin-type dancing with dancer and choerographer Rafal Lautenbach. Suitable for all .

Indoor bowls (short mat): Games followed by tea, coffee and biscuits in the cafe.
