A bright, top-floor room with plenty of character.

Hiring the Booth Room contributes to classes including our Tai Chi for older people.

The handsome Booth Room on the third floor looks out over Great Smith Street towards Westminster Abbey, with glimpses of Westminster Palace's majestic Victoria Tower. This very popular room seats from 24-35 people. There is plenty of natural daylight.

Named after Charles Booth, a Victorian social researcher who mapped poverty in London and worked to improve conditions for poor people, particularly the elderly. In later life he moved north and built England's first community centre.
