AthleFit for women

Get fit, have fun with our AthleFit programme! In-person, women-only exercise sessions are back at the Abbey Centre.

Exercise at your own pace – whether you’re looking for a fresh way to get fit or you’re pulling your trainers on for the first time in years. This class is for women only and complete beginners are particularly welcome.

Class participants told us, “Since joining these exercise classes, my health and wellbeing have improved drastically.”

Only £1 per session.

Time: Thursdays 10:15am – 11:15am
