AthleFit for women
Get fit, have fun with our AthleFit programme for women! In-person exercise sessions will be back at the Abbey Centre from 20th May.
Exercise at your own pace – whether you’re looking for a fresh way to get fit or you’re pulling your trainers on for the first time in years. This class is for women only and complete beginners are particularly welcome.
Just £1 per session. Please bring your own exercise mats.
