Expanse – mindful body work class
Expanding the body’s limits mindfully.
Here we will connect with our body through mindful awareness, which can help the body become more relaxed, strong, flexible, balanced and expandable. We will create space for body and mind.
Inspired by dance, integrating ballet moves and elements of hatha yoga, this class is suitable for all levels and ages.
Please wear comfortable, slightly fitted clothing and bring an exercise mat. The class is best done barefoot or in socks.
Time: Saturdays 12pm – 1pm
