A gentle exercise class designed for people over 50. It involves all components of fitness in a designed, safe and effective exercise plan. It includes mobility and flexibility with the use of some equipment like exercise bands and hand weights. Participants wear suitable shoes and loose comfortable clothing.
£2 per session. This is for Abbey Centre members aged 50+.
