Get fit for women

Try our online women-only exercise classes, suitable for all levels of fitness.

We will take you through slow and restorative flows filled with stretches to get the blood flowing, as well as the poses for restoring and repairing our mind and bodies. This flow will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated for the rest of your day.

The tutor will be available before and after each session for a chat.

Time: Wednesdays 10am – 11am
