The Abbey Centre offers personalised information, advice and support for residents, who might be facing a range of challenges, or who just need a friendly person to talk to.
Through our range of services, as well as our network of partner organisations, we can help with employment advice, affordable food, referrals for advice on debt and housing, health and wellbeing, emotional support, physical and social activities, and more.

Our services
Our drop-in services are first come, first served, so please arrive early to avoid disappointment. Please bring any documents you think may be relevant to your issue.
All held at The Abbey Centre, 34 Great Smith Street, SW1P 3BU
- Mondays and Wednesdays 9:30am – 12:00pm: Abbey Centre drop-in advice service
- Fridays 10am – 12pm: Citizens Advice Westminster weekly advice drop-in
- On the fourth Tuesday of each month, 9:30am – 12:30pm: Citizens Advice Westminster monthly assessment drop-in
Please note the Citizens Advice Westminster monthly drop-ins are for assessment only. You will be interviewed by an assessor who will ask some questions to better understand your situation. No advice will be given at this stage, as the assessor’s role is to help you choose the most appropriate next step.
