Our Pilates sessions are now available online!
Pilates focuses on building a strong core. Exercises are subtle and there is an emphasis on control and posture. Poses are standing, seated and on mats.
This class is suitable for all abilities. Participants wear loose comfortable clothes and are barefoot.
