About the Wash House Annexe
The Wash House Annexe, as well as forming part of our Wash House Cafe during the day, can be partitioned to be used as a larger space for meetings of up to 50 people. It can also be configured, using movable walls, into three smaller rooms each with a capacity of up to 10 delegates.
In the evenings, this space can be combined with the Wash House Cafe to accommodate up to 100 people. This makes the Wash House Annexe ideal for a wide variety of events, including small meetings, interviews and training, larger receptions and dinners.
The annexe includes a projector and screen, and the movable walls can also be used as whiteboards.
Please note that these rooms are located next to our public cafe, which is open between 8:00 and 15:00, and, although soundproofed, may be subject to a small amount of residual sound.

The Wash House Annexe can accommodate up to 50 people. Folding sound-proofed doors allow us to divide the room into smaller spaces, accommodating any number of people up to the Annexe’s maximum capacity.

- Morning (9:00-12:30) or Afternoon (13:30-17:00): £345
- Full day (9:00-17:00): £470
- Evening (18:00-21:00): £245
Please note that access to the rooms before or after the session times is charged at £80 per half hour.
