Yoga for men

Yoga is a safe and effective way to increase your physical activity.

These sessions can offer:

  • introduction to yoga
  • improve strength
  • improve balance and coordination
  • improve flexibility
  • reduce stress

This activity is led through a partnership with The Abbey Centre, by our Community Champions project.

Our Community Champions team supports residents of Churchill and Tachbrook Estates, who are particularly welcome to join this activity, but places are available for other people too.

Time: Wednesdays from 12:30 to 1:30pm

Venue: St Margaret’s Centre, 1 Carey Place SW1V 2RT (just off Vauxhall Bridge Road)
