With great sadness we announce the passing of one of our trustees, Gillian Arrindell.
Gillian joined the board of trustees in February, after volunteering to support homeless people at our weekly hot meals service, making use of her background in legal and welfare advice as well as in community support and engagement.
She was committed to making a positive impact on our area and the people who live here. She did this through the many different roles she took on, as Westminster Councillor in Vincent Square Ward, Chair of Discretionary Housing Benefits Panel, Lead Member for Disabilities and Lead Member for Air Quality.
In her role as a councillor and beyond, Gillian has championed our south Westminster community for many years, and she will be greatly missed.
